FUNDAMENTALS III

Fundamentals III is a fun group providing swimmers with essential skills. Stroke emphasis will be on teaching all four legally competitive strokes, as well as starts and turns. Ages for this group are 11-14yrs.

Fundamentals III Group will be led by Coach Paige McCord.

REQUIRED PRACTICE EQUIPMENT:

Long fins and kickboard (Swim caps are required for swimmers with long hair)

Fundamentals III Group: Tues & Thurs - 7:00pm - 8:00pm @ SW University- Walzel Natatorium

                                        Sat - 11:45 -12:45 @ Georgetown Rec Pool

COST:  $140/Month

Plus the annual $200 San Gabriel Aquatics Team Registration Fee (non-refundable) and the $110 ($70 USA Swimming Membership fee and $40 South Texas Membership Fee, which will be paid online through usaswimming.org, our unique link will be provided)
